Currently Fighting“I am currently involved in a lawsuit filed on behalf of Asset Acceptance, LLC who claims they are an assignee of American Express. I filed my request for production of documents along with other filings in a GA court and received responses from the law firm today. The responses stated “Served herewith” but the documents were not attached to the responses. Where do I go from here?”
