Failure To State A Claim Upon Which Relief Can Be Granted Debt Collector Suit

Failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted means: the failure to present sufficient facts which, if taken as true, would indicate that any violation of law occurred or that the claimant is entitled to a legal remedy.

With junk debt buyers it simply means that they have no legal claim or anything to back up their claim to use in a court of law to sue the defendant.
